Accepted International Payment Methods Shipping and Returns
International payment can be made by Bank Transfer or Paypal only.
Please contact (info@herbavitalis.net or Herbavitalis, prodaja čajev, Lucija Čevnik s.p., Dobrova 8, 2370 Dravograd, Slovenia, EU) us if you would like to pay by another method.
The postage price (AIR MAIL) for EU (and also all other countries) for all packages is 2,30 EUR.
Shipping Times
Most orders usually ship by the end of the next business day. Deadline for orders requiring is 1:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. Orders placed on a Friday after 1:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.
Our Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 15 working days of delivery of the Products ordered (working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Orders for certain Products may not be cancelled - these include: (a) Products that have been clearly personalised; and (b) Products that are perishable. If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing to adress: Herbavitalis, prodaja čajev, Lucija Čevnik s.p.; Dobrova 8, 2370 Dravograd; Slovenia; EU) and you must return the Product(s) to us (at your expense) in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation which were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
Cancellation or Damage >
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.
If you receive a product which is faulty or damaged please notify us immediately by mail: info@herbavitalis.net and return the relevant product to us (Herbavitalis, prodaja čajev, Lucija Čevnik s.p.; Dobrova 8, 2370 Dravograd, Slovenia, EU) together with a brief explanation of the fault or damage. Upon receipt of the Product, we will examine it to see if it is faulty or damaged. We may, as we think appropriate, either credit you with an appropriate sum in respect of the product or we shall (subject to availability) send you a replacement product.
Opened tea is not returnable!
